About us...

Meet the compassionate experts guiding your journey—real women who’ve walked the path, found freedom, and are here to help you do the same.

Zippi Livneh, RN, BsN, MBA, FAC

Founder of Done With Diabetes | Registered Nurse & Food Addiction Recovery Expert

Zippi Livneh is a registered nurse, certified food addiction counsellor, and international expert in sugar and ultra-processed food addiction. Working in partnership with Graham Philllips (known worldwide as “the pharmacist who gave up drigs”) they created Done With Diabetes to help women in the UK and beyond with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes take control of their health through a science-based, sustainable lifestyle program.

After years of struggling with food and body image, Zippi discovered that her real challenge was sugar addiction. Her recovery began nearly 30 years ago and led her to study the neuroscience and metabolic impact of sugar and ultra-processed foods. In 2017, she left a successful pharmaceutical management career to focus fully on helping others recover.

Today, Zippi works with individuals and groups worldwide, offering compassionate, science-based support for reversing the cycle of cravings, blood sugar spikes, and food-related distress. She also lectures internationally and serves as co-founder and chair of the Sugar and Food Addiction Professionals Network.

Through Done With Diabetes, Zippi brings her expertise to women seeking real, lasting change—healing their relationship with food without shame, guilt, or crash diets.

Graham Phillips, MRPharmS, FRPharmS

Co-Founder of Done With Diabetes | Pharmacist & Lifestyle Medicine Advocate

Graham Phillips is a registered pharmacist, Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (FRPharmS), and internationally recognised as “the pharmacist who gave up drugs.” With over 35 years of experience in frontline healthcare, Graham is one of the UK’s most awarded and progressive voices in the movement to transform chronic disease care through lifestyle medicine.

Graham’s leadership and innovation in pharmacy have earned him multiple national awards, including:
- Royal Pharmaceutical Society Pharmaceutical Care Award
- Pharmacist of the Year (twice)
- Pharmacy Business Innovation Award Health Service Journal Top 50 Innovators in Healthcare

He has been honoured for his pioneering work in clinical services, patient-centred care, and community health education. A passionate advocate for prevention over prescription, Graham began to question the limits of medication-first approaches and redirected his focus toward addressing the root causes of illness—chief among them, poor diet and metabolic dysfunction. That path led to his partnership with Zippi Livneh and the co-creation of Done With Diabetes—a science-based programme empowering women to reverse pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes through real food, practical tools, and personal support.

Today, Graham is a sought-after speaker, educator, and media commentator. He lectures internationally on lifestyle medicine, serves on advisory boards, and continues to champion a healthcare model that treats people, not just symptoms. Through Done With Diabetes, Graham brings award-winning clinical insight and a no-nonsense, compassionate approach to helping people take back control of their health—without shame, quick fixes, or endless prescriptions.
